Aim and Objective: The internal committee for Gender Sensitization Cell is aimed at preventing inappropriate behavior against specific groups of people based on sex, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, mental illness or ability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity/expression, sex characteristics, religion, creed, or individual political beliefs.

Function

• To provide protection against sexual harassment of women at work.
• To prevent and address sexual harassment complaints.
• To manage matters related to or incidental to the prevention of harassment.

Frequency

The meeting of the Internal Committee for Gender Sensitization will be held once a year.
